A brief list of things I refuse to do
1. Christmas cards
2. other meaningless holiday gestures (holiday gestures are reserved for family and a few friends)
3. see an allergist (who wants to spend her life avoiding an obscure tree?)

I am down with no cards or meaningless holiday gestures. The Jones household perpetrates random acts of gift-giving throughout the year, rarely on Christmas or birthdays.
I support the Jones methods.
