Last night I made beef liver with a honey and cider vinegar glaze and just a sprinkling of onions. YUM. I prefer chicken livers, but beef livers are notably easier to prepare at home.
Which reminds me of the Liver Revolt. Someone with whom I worked years ago came from a large Polish Catholic family (8 kids, I think). None of them liked liver. Mom served it anyway. One night, none of them would eat it. They weren't allowed to leave the table until they finished dinner, so they all sat around the table having a fine time, not eating liver. Mom gave up.

Well-done and tender, heavy on the onions, and not very often, OK?
My word verification for this: uvpuxrgb. Are these things getting a little out of hand?
Waaay out of hand.

PS Larry, you can have half my onions.
I'll eat the onions and leave the liver to yooz guys. I'm really not a fan at all.
