Neglect
To the adoring public of 1.5 readers:
We apologize for the disruption in service. There have been technical difficulties. Wednesday, a knife missed an avocado and sliced a left index finger, making typing difficult since. Thursday, the pupil dilation for a glaucoma test resulted in fainting, as well as not being able to look at a monitor for the rest of the evening.
Miss you all.

My sympathies for your technical difficulties - I hope your recovery is swift and complete. Luckily I had not yet started blogging when I almost cut off my left index finger, or you might only have one reader.
Is your finger totally gone? Mine is still there. It's itchy now, as it heals.
Healing itches. Life is a strange thing.
I have a few more than 1.5 readers. I hope my self-deprecation is not read as taking any of you beautiful people for granted!!!

Finger's still there. Just sliced about two-thirds of the way through it with a single-edged razor blade. I have a screw in it now. Doctor was a guitar player. Said I'd have full function back. Lying bastard.
Wow, that's serious! Mine is not so deep, but was inflicted with an unfortunately dull knife, so it was MESSY and PAINFUL. I admit I was a crying baby about the whole thing. it throbbed, but in a bad way.
