The Modern Mind Puzzle

Four friends are going out to dinner. Two are on low-carb diets, one is a vegetarian, and one doesn’t eat dairy. Where the hell can they eat?

Ok, I should be an expert on this sort of thing.

Japanese: Vegetarian can have veggie sushi, low-carb peeps can have salmon/steak/chicken teriyaki dinner (just don't eat the side of rice), and most japanese doesn't have much dairy to begin with.

Indian: Lots of vegetarian and dairyless options. Low carb people can have tandoori dinners of shrimp/lamb/chicken, again, avoiding the rice (and nan).

Thai has elements of both of the above cuisines and could probably work as well.

I eat fish but not any land meat, nor do I eat dairy or a lot of carbs, so I kinda fit in all of the above categories...
