But we're gonna try!kStylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06722899143558375319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6881724.post-67743199251432271072007-12-23T16:06:00.000-05:002007-12-23T16:06:00.000-05:00While you're in Philadelphia, I strongly recommend...While you're in Philadelphia, I strongly recommend that you lift the ban on flour long enough to stop at Jim's Steaks, at 6th (I think) and South Streets. Get the steak with provolone (rather than cheez wiz) and onions. If you were me, you'd get two of them. Also, at 4th and Bainbridge (only a couple of blocks from Jim's) used to be a wonderful pastry shop called "The Pink Rose." You don't want to go there. If you want deli, the Famous 4th St. Deli may still be around, as well, at 4th and Bainbridge.

I also recommend you stop at the Curtis Building (which is on the west side of the park behind Independence Hall) and see the wall-sized Tiffany glass mural of a Maxfield Parrish painting in the lobby.Naryahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05369280617520806983noreply@blogger.com
